The requester
stays private.

No account or sign-in is required to submit a request. Your email and state are required to process and deliver it. Keep your guest receipt link private: anyone with the link can see the request details. They are never displayed in the public archive. The optional “Who are you?” question defaults to “Prefer not to say.”

What we collect

• Email address and state for service delivery and request context.
• Optional first name and requester role.
• Optional newsletter consent, which you can remove before submitting.
• Hospital, topics, custom question, route, and request timestamps.
• Anonymous page-view and interaction counts through Vercel Web Analytics.

Anonymous website analytics

We count public page visits and a small set of interaction categories, such as starting a hospital search, selecting a hospital, and choosing the nomination, Patreon, or free route. We do not send hospital search text, selected hospital names, email addresses, account pages, receipt links, request questions, or payment details to analytics.

What we do not publish

We never publish requester names, email addresses, states, roles, payment references, raw private questions, Notion notes, or receipt links. A custom question may be rewritten for public safety before publication.

Retention

Operational contact data is kept only as long as needed for delivery, corrections, and abuse prevention. Newsletter records remain separate until you unsubscribe. Payment providers retain their own transaction records under their policies.

Public record limits

We investigate public records. We cannot promise that records exist, that a private company will disclose every asset, or that an allegation is true. Reports distinguish facts, documented relationships, unresolved questions, and unavailable evidence.
